Does it replace our recruiters?
Qualifier handles parts of the first screening stage. Your team defines the role, reviews the questions and uses the resulting evidence in its hiring process. Ask for a demonstration of the review and progression settings so you can decide how they should work for your organisation.
What should we check before screening candidates?
Review how the invitation explains AI screening, how recording consent is requested, and what happens if a candidate needs a different way to take part. Walk through these steps in your demo before inviting applicants, read the candidate data notice and confirm the arrangements with the team.
How does it fit with our existing hiring process?
Qualifier starts with applications forwarded from your careers inbox. Your team sets up the role and screening questions, and candidates receive their own invitation. Use the demo to confirm your email setup, screening stages and any requirements around your existing recruiting tools.
How long does it take to start?
You set up a campaign by pasting the job description and choosing your KPIs, then forward your careers inbox to us. There is no integration to build.
How are candidate data and recordings handled?
Read the privacy policy and the candidate data notice. Before using it with applicants, confirm retention, deletion, access and recording arrangements for your organisation and the locations where you hire.
